Happy birthday!! 🎁 sounds like you treated yourself and that is amazing. I resonate with this being the time of life to focus on health and well being. I’m turning 40 this next month and have been thinking so much about what that means, what I want for my goals in this upcoming chapter, and how I should celebrate. I’ve started my journey with strength training, and have found it to be both rewarding and challenging! Bone density for the win 🥇

Happy Belated Birthday! I love books on nature. I write in this genre, but clearly I need to read more because some of your suggestions are new to me. I am in the same boat when it comes to sleep--something I need to work on!

Happy belated birthday! I’m proud of you for prioritizing your health. I’m planning to do much of the same in 2024 and focus on walking to start. My feet are begging me to watch that video...

Two things that have helped me most with my anxiety: 1. Low dose of an SSRI 2. Patting myself on the back when I do something hard. It helps me to have that moment of reflection to recognize I did something I thought was going to be worse than it was.

I actually bought my son The Hike for Christmas! We have lots of books on nature at our house but I am really looking for a good kids book on bird watching.
